What's New?


Office 365 calendar integration: You can now sync your calendar in Alleva with your Office 365 account. This will allow you to see any sessions in Alleva where you are the leader, group leader, or co-leader on your personal, Office 365 calendar. 


State dropdown for ROI contact: There was a report that the dropdown for "State" was not appearing for ROI contacts. This issue has been resolved.


Family Portal forms out of order: In the EMR, in Settings > Family Portal > Manage Portal Checklist, the forms were not organizing correctly. This issue has been resolved.


Search functionality for Notes Audit: We have enhanced the search functionality on the Notes Audit page to provide more accurate results.

Experiencing issues after the update?

If you are experiencing an issue from the release, here are a few tips that might help:

  • Perform a hard refresh of the browser and clear your browser's cache (Click here to learn how to do that)

  • Make sure you are in the most updated version of Google Chrome. The Google Chrome browser will give you the best user experience in the Alleva EMR.
