What's New?

Prospect Document Manager: Prospective Clients can now have documents uploaded and stored into the EMR. Documents uploaded as a prospect will follow the prospect as they are converted to a client. To add a document, find your prospect from the Prospective Client List and click on the last icon, Document Manager.


Once you are in your prospect's Document Manager, click on Add Document to begin the upload process where you can select type, name, and browse your system's file explorer to upload the document.



Configuration option to adjust the text for appointment reminders: Rehabs can now configure the text sent to clients in their appointment reminders. This can be found under Settings>Company Information>Rehab Settings>Appointment Alerts for Clients. Each option for an alert can have a unique message.

Discharge Checklist configuration has moved to Settings>Manage Discharge: The configuration of Discharge Checklist is now under the Setting menu, Manage Discharge option. The same great features exist like adding new custom forms, re-ordering, and inactivating old forms.


New option to fulfill orders while viewing a Doctors Order: When viewing a Doctors Order, the user can now fulfill the order. Previously the only option was to select Back and return to the previous screen.

Intermittent issue with Signatures not being captured in Shift Notes resolved: An intermittent issue with Signatures not being captured in Shift Notes has been resolved. Please report any re-occurrence of this issue to Support.
