Release Notes - January 18th - 20th, 2022
This release consists of an update to the functionality and user interface with third-party billing partner, CollaborateMD.
On top of that, every release will consist of bug fixes and improvements to the overall user experience.

CollaborateMD update: Users who utilize our integration with CollaborateMD will notice a new dropdown found on the Client Chart. This dropdown will contain any Medical Provider, Primary Clinician, or Therapist found within Alleva that has an NPI number stored. When you select a person from that dropdown, then the patient's demographics and insurance information will automatically be sent to your CollaborateMD account.
This update also consists of user permissions found in the Role Management settings. Only users with this permission granted will have access to view and edit this new dropdown.
Family Portal Announcements: Users reported some errors with the functionality of the Portal Announcements feature. These issues have been resolved.
Mismatched DOBs on Client Chart and Superbill: The DOB of some clients was off by one day in the Superbill. This issue has been resolved.
CIWA Scale not displaying correct client name: Some users reported the client name was displaying incorrectly in a CIWA. This issue has been resolved.
Removing Co-Leaders from appointments: It was reported that removing co-leaders from appointments was not functioning correctly. This issue has been resolved.
Alphabetized Facilities: The facility list at the top is now in alphabetical order!
Appointment Edit Bug: Some users reported that editing an appointment would remove the Client from the appointment. This issue has been resolved.
