Release Notes - October 14th, 2021
This release consists of more updates to the Scheduler, Medications, Treatment Plans, and the Client Chart. Along with new features being released, we always look for ways to improve the user experience by fixing any bugs and improving the codebase of the Alleva EMR.

Level of Care - Editing Enhancements: Users now have the ability to change the Level of Care in the Level of Care history section of the Current Overview that is found in the Client Chart, as well as delete a past Level of Care. Levels of Care can only be edited or deleted from the specific chart that they are associated with. There is a pencil icon to signify Edit and a trash can icon to signify Delete.
Drag and Drop Improvement for Recurring Sessions: A new drag and drop functionality similar to Google Calendar is now available. When you drag and drop a recurring session you will have 2 options to choose from: Copy or Move. Copy has the same functionality as before, copying all session details and creating a new session. Move will ask you if you want to move “This Session” or “This and following sessions”. This Session will do just that, move the one session, while This and following sessions will move all sessions that are tied together as recurring. For example, if I have a session every Friday at 10 am and I move it to 11 am, then I will be asked if I want to move just the one session to 11 am, or all of the Friday sessions to 11 am.
Assigned Reviewers (& AutoReview): Some users experienced issues with Assigned Reviewers and Auto Review. This issue has been resolved.
Problem & Diagnostic Impression in Treatment Plan: When reviewing a Treatment Plan, Problem and Diagnostic Impression are now displayed. This will be on a reviewer’s screen who has been assigned to review the Treatment Plan.
New status option for Treatment Plans: A new status option, “Required for Completion” is now available in the Treatment Plan. The status will be seen in Treatment Plan, Treatment Plan Review, and Progress Notes under the Treatment Plan section.
