There are several ways to add a New Diagnosis.
Option One: From the Master Drop-down Page
From your Dashboard, select "Master Drop-Downs" under the Settings Menu.
Option Two: From a Client Chart
From your Client Dashboard, select the Client you are adding the new Diagnosis to. You will be brought to their Client Overview Chart.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Client History, click on Diagnosis, and click on the Add button.
Manually type in the new Diagnosis Code under the ICD-10/DSM-5 Code box, then click the "+" symbol.
A small window will pop-up that will ask you if you wish to add this code to your Master Dropdowns. Click Yes. You will be brought back to the Problem/Diagnosis window.
Next, you will choose either from the existing list of Problem Names, or you can manually type in a new Problem and click the "+" symbol.
A small window will pop-up confirming that you wish to add the selected Problem Name to the Master Dropdowns. Click Yes. You will be brought back to the Problem/Diagnosis window.
Next you will choose the Addiction 5e for the *Problem Group.
*In the "Problem Group" box you must select "Addiction 5e" in order to use the ICD-10/DSM-5 codes. "Addiction 5e" is the series name of the Wiley integration package and is a requirement. It does not show up on any documentation anywhere in the chart, it is simply the series name of the package we are integrated with.
A small window will pop-up confirming that you wish to add the Problem Group with the selected ICD-10/DSM-5 Code and Problem Name. Click Yes. You will be brought back to the Problem/Diagnosis window.
Indicate whether this diagnosis is the Primary diagnosis for the Client or if this Diagnosis is being Ruled Out, then click Save.
The new Diagnosis has been added to the client, and this new Diagnosis will be available for other clients as well.
