Alleva Release Notes – March 9, 2020

Edit Forms - It’s now possible to edit forms in the document manager that were previously in-progress or completed.  Administrators and those with permission will be able to edit documents as many times as necessary. This allows you to make corrections or pick up where you left off on assessments.

After completing your modifications, you do have the ability to keep the original signatures, or add new signatures. 

Medical Providers Add Provider - Previously Medical Providers could not add themselves to a client chart. We now allow them the ability to go to the chart and assign any medical provider.


Hide Client Email - We’ve given the ability for you to hide the client email. This is a facility setting that can be managed in Company Information under the facility settings. If this is turned on, the client email will no longer appear as an option. It also will not be required when converting a prospect to a client. This is an on/off option.
