This Walkthrough will show how to create an Office Template to use for Treatment Plans. An Office Template is a Custom Pre-Built options to add to Treatment Plans just as a Wiley Treatment Plan does.

These can be reused as a standardized plan for your facility, for common diagnoses and problems that your facility treats repeatedly, or to maintain a consistent workflow. Often times it's as simple as a clinician saying, "I did a really great job on this Treatment Plan, I want to use it again in the future!" Below we will show the two ways to save TP Templates to the system and then reuse them.



Option #1 Save on the Go


1. Navigate to the Client Treatment Plan Section and Select Add Custom TP. 


2. Select a Diagnosis and ensure to add at least one Behavior, Goal, Objective and Intervention and Select the Save Icon after adding each to ensure no work is lost in the process of creating this Office TP. You may add as many as needed for this Office TP and then only Select the ones needed for this Client.


3. Once all information is input and the Office TP has all the information saved Select Generate Treatment Plan on the Bottom and fill out any other required Fields.

4. Once you have the Treatment Plan completely filled out you will have the option of "Save TP with Template". This will add the template to your Office Template library. This button will only be present when 1) a single diagnosis plan is being created, AND 2) it is the first time creating the plan (i.e.; you will not have the option to save as template when coming back to edit a completed or in-progress plan.)


5. After Selecting Save TP with Template the last step will be to input a Title for the Office Treatment Plan. It is best to use be descriptive of what this Office TP will be used for.

**Pro Tip - Creating custom TP templates on-the-fly is the preferred method. Use a test/dummy client in order to create templates for all the different ICD and Problem combinations that you want to prepare for, rather than have to wait for a client with the ICD/Problem combo.



Option #2 Creating Office TP from Settings 


1. If you have the permission enabled to access Settings-->Office Templates, you can Add or Edit Office TP templates from there. For Creating Select Add New.


2. Complete each step adding Behavioral Definitions, Goals, Objectives, and Interventions. Add as many as needed and Ensure to Save each Additional and Select Add button for appending.


3. After all have been input make sure to Review and ensure all input information is correct and then Select Save.


4. After Selecting Save the last step will be to input a Title for the Office Treatment Plan. It is best to use be descriptive of what this Office TP will be used for. 

Using a Template - +Add Office TP

1. If the client has a diagnosis that matches best with an Office Template, click "+Add Office TP" in the Treatment Plan screen. 


2. Select the template to use and click OK. Then complete the TP as usual, additional items can still be added when using an Office TP as each TP is unique.
