Alleva Release Notes – March 13, 2019

We are always improving Alleva. As such, we would like to share the following list of items which were released on March 13, 2019 at 1:30 AM PDT.

Individual Notes new layout - Individual notes has a new look! The new layout now indicates whether Autosave is on. And if a change has been made, but not yet saved, a red glow will appear around the note layout. Viewing recent individual notes made to the client chart is now easily accessed while writing the current note, to review and highlight areas of progress for the client.



Notes Review Filtering- Sorting client notes is now more detailed, allowing you to select and filter subsections of note types. You can select the bold note type to include all subsections, or narrow it down to just a single sub category. And even further, the specific types of appointments that apply to your company will appear based on your Master Dropdown settings.



Versioned Form Data on Signed Assessment - As your company and facility grows, so do your documentation needs. Previously, the changes to the layout of your intake forms like BPS and Face-to-Face would change the layout on all clients. Now, when the intake forms are signed, the layout will remain the same. Any changes to the layout will only affect future clients.



Level of Care for Notes - We now have the ability for you to track the LOC of notes based on the note/session date. Prior to this update it pulled based on the current level of care. You will now see notes tied to the proper level historically as well.



Two New Lab Interfaces - We had added the ability to connect to Millennium and LabHealth Labs. If you would like to have your current lab integrated with the Alleva system, with the ability to create orders, send requisitions, and receive results electronically, please reach out to support@allevasoft.com



Pre-populate data in Versioned Form - If your company has multiple facility locations, custom forms built on our 2.0 platform will now carry prefilled data from one facility location to another when a client moves across locations, as long as the facility locations are sharing the same version of the custom form.



Condition on Discharge Character increase- This field in Discharge Planning now has a 4,000 character count (approx 750 words) to meet your descriptive needs. 



Minor Spelling Corrections - We’ve updated  handful of missppelled words in the system and apologize for the gremlins that have put them there.
