Alleva Release Notes – August 9, 2018


We are always improving Alleva. As such, we would like to share the following list of items which were released on August 9, 2018 at 1:30 AM PST.

Treatment Plan Review Updates:  We’ve made quite a few updates to the way treatment plan reviews work:


(1)   The Diagnosis and Master Problems have been consolidated into one field and flow into the treatment plan


(2)   You have the ability to resolve problems, which flows to the treatment plan and shows as resolved


(3)   The latest SNAG is reflected when doing your review


(4)   The ability to sign and resign treatment plan reviews for both staff and clients. If a client is not present for the review, they are able to sign later from their chart. This is done by going to their chart>Treatment Plan Review>Client Signature (icon on the right side).




Client Participation Report:  We have now added the Incomplete status to this report. This will better help you understand what to bill for and give facilities the ability to see all participations statues.




Signature on Forms for Discharged Clients: Previously, you were unable to sign intake documents in the review screen if clients were discharged. We’ve now updated it so you have the ability to sign them, regardless of status.




Billing Reports:  We’ve added two new billing reports, (1) Individual Billing Report and (2) Billing by Staff Member.  These reports allow you to pull in all shifts that were completed and ready to be billed. They also pull in the billing codes assigned to shifts. These were built primarily for facilities who do Medicaid but can benefit all facilities. You will find these reports in the report section.




Date Fields Update:  You now have the ability to type into the following new date fields:


(1)   Add a prospect


(2)   Face to Face


(3)   Admission Screening


(4)   Biopsychosocial


(5)   Medical Intake


(6)   Billing Intake


This ensures you won’t have to click through the calendar to find the correct date.
