From your dashboard screen click the "settings" tab in the navigation window and select "Alerts Permission"




From the "Alerts Permission Details" page, you can set alerts for each role by selecting the "Role"( Example: Staff, therapist, medical provider, etc) drop down menu, then you can set alerts for the individual name of the "User" or don't select a user and alerts will be for everyone in that "role".  Once you have selected the "role" you can check off the alerts you want them to receive.  Options are the email they provided, Alerts/Notifications in Alleva, or a SMS Alert.  



Items marked with a black "X" are not able to receive email or SMS alerts for due to HIPPA privacy laws.
