This Walkthrough will show how to setup Alert Frequencies and adding the option to send multiple alerts to ensure that Users will stay in compliance.



Adding Alert Frequency


1. Navigate to Settings > Alerts Frequency.


2. Add a time in Hours on when the alert would need to be triggered using the description of the Alert. Ex. 'If notes for an individual and/or group session have not been added' may be set for if the item is not done to get sent in 24 Hours.


3. Selecting the Plus Icon will add another Alert Frequency to show, this is useful in order to send multiple out once as a reminder then another to ensure compliance is met. Up to 3 Alerts may be added per section, if one is needing to be removed select the Minus Icon.


4. After all have been setup properly ensure to Select the Save Icon either on the Top or Bottom of the page.
