Always make sure you are using "Google Chrome" as your web browser, because we do all of our testing in Google Chrome it is the most supported web browser for Alleva.  

  If you are currently having issues with your internet browser (i.e. scrolling issues, password problems, etc.), there are two ways to fix this.

First, do a hard refresh:

        1. For Window Users: hold down Ctrl and press F5 on your keyboard.

        2. For Mac Users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard.

Second, clear your web browser cache. To do this follow the below instructions:

        1- Open Google Chrome

        2 - If you are currently logged in to Alleva, please log out using the Orange logout button

        3- In the top right hand corner of the screen click on the three vertical dots, as shown below.

        4- Then select "More Tools" and then "Clear Browsing Data"

      5- Then select to clear for "All Time", and check the box "Cached images and Files" (You may also need to check "Cookies and other site data" for login credentials reset).  Then select "Clear Data"

        6- Return to Alleva login screen and Log back in.  

        7- Done!
