Always make sure you are using "Google Chrome" as your web browser, because we do all of our testing in Google Chrome it is the most supported web browser for Alleva.
If you are currently having issues with your internet browser (i.e. scrolling issues, password problems, etc.), first, clear your web browser cache. To do this follow the below instructions:
1- Open Google Chrome
2 - If you are currently logged in to Alleva, please log out using the Orange logout button
3- In the top right hand corner of the screen click on the three vertical dots, as shown below.
4- Then select "More Tools" and then "Clear Browsing Data"
5- Then select to clear for "All Time", and check the box "Cached images and Files". Then select "Clear Data"
6- Log back in.
