1. Always make sure you are using "Google Chrome" as your web browser, because we do all of our testing in Google Chrome it is the most supported web browser for Alleva.  


2.  If you are currently having issues with your internet browser (i.e. scrolling issues, password problems, etc.), first, clear your web browser cache. To do this follow the below instructions:

        1- Open Google Chrome

        2- In the top right hand corner of the screen click on the three vertical dots, as shown below.

        3- Then select "History"

        4- This will open a new window for you where you can select "Clear Browsing Data"

        5- Then select to clear for "All Time", and check the boxes for "Cookies and other site data", and "Cached images and Files".  Then select "Clear Data"

        6- This should log you out of Alleva, if it does not select "Log Out" and log back in.  

        7- Done!
