There are several ways to add a Comm Log Note


Version 1 - Shortcut:


1. From anywhere in the system, hover over the purple plus sign at the bottom right of the screen.



2. Several purple icons will pop up on screen. Click on "Communication Log"



3. The 'Add Notes' pop up box will appear. Fill out all applicable information and click 'Save'. Done!



Version 2:


1. Starting in your 'Client Dashboard', select the client chart you are adding notes too. 



2. Once in the client's chart, select the 'Add Notes' icon in the upper right corner of the chart.



3. The 'Add Notes' pop up box will appear. Fill out all applicable information and click 'Save'. Done!



Version 3: 


1. Starting in your 'Client Dashboard', select the client chart you are adding notes too.

 


2. Select "Notes" in the navigational menu and in the subsection of "Clients".



3. On the Notes page, you can write a note as well as search for any note written in our software. Select "+ Add New"



From the drop-down menu, select which note type you would like. For Communication Log notes, select Client Notes.



4. The 'Add Notes' pop up box will appear. Fill out all applicable information and click 'Save' or 'Save & Sign'



TAGGING

When writing a Comm Log Note, you can Tag another employee/group, and the note will appear on their Comm Log. It will also send them a notification, depending on how they have their alerts set up.


Start by creating your note. In the notes section, type @employee/group name to Tag an individual or group into the note. This will add them to the note and they will be notified to look at their Comm Log.
